RCB vs RR, IPL 2019: Rajasthan Royals opens their account, Royal Challengers Bangalore led by Virat Kohli suffered fouth consecutive loss

Royal Challengers Bangalore might not have a good luck in Indian Premier League season 12, as Rajasthan Royals defeated Virat Kohli led RCB by 7 wickets. Evn Marcus Stoinis’ debut from Royal Challengers Bangalore couldn’t turn things into the favor of Virat Kohli. Likewise, Rajasthan Royals finally opened their account in IPL 2019, whereas RCB suffered teh fourth consecutive loss. RCB has no luck in this season or the match right from the beginning of toss where RR invited them to bat.

RCB while batting first scored 158/4 as there was no Virat Kohli’s run-machine, no ABD show, and Marcus Stoinis was expected to be an X Factor for them, but this experiment boomeranged too. Despite consecutive loss, Purple Cap is still with Yuzvendra Chahal, which shows only one man is doing the job perfectly, rest every other is struggling with the form. Virat Kohli batting first scored just 23 runs off 25 balls on an average of 92.

AB De Villiers hasn’t woke up from the shocker of M Nabi during RCB vs SRH, where ABD went to pavilion on duck. Though he hit two boundaries today, but went back to pavilion after 13 runs, that too on 9 balls. Parthiv Patel scored 67 off 41 and Marcus Stoinis scored 31 off 28 to take the score to a fighting level, but on the other side it was Jos Buttler, who dominated the bowling side.

Shreyas Gopal has been awarded as Man of the Match for 12/3 in his 4 overs, giving score on an average of 3.00. Shreyas Gopal dismissed the back of Royal Challengers Bangalore. He sent Virat Kohli, AB De Villiers and Shimron Hetmyer to the pavilion. Likewise, Jos Buttler scored a half-century by scoring 67 runs off 41 balls which was further leaded to the victory by Steven Smith and Rahul Tripathi after Skipper Ajinkya Rahane was dismissed by Yuzvendra Chahal.
