After losing the previous clash against Delhi Capitals at their home-ground, Sunrisers Hyderabad is all set to host Chennai Super Kings at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad. Chennai Super Kings are on four-match winning streak following the defeat against Mumbai Indians in Wankhede Stadium. CSK have lost only one match among eight matches, holding top position in the points table. Likewise, Sunrisers Hyderabad has lost four matches out of seven matches, with the sixth position in the points table.

Sunrisers Hyderabad has lost the previous matches due to the non-consistency in the middle order. SRH dropped Manish Pandey and Yusuf Pathan in the previous clash against Delhi Capitals as they haven’t been in touch with the bat since the start of the Indian Premier League 2019. David Warner and Jonny Bairstow have been the pillars of Sunrisers Hyderabad, absorbing the pressure of the team. Also, Rashid Khan has been not in the form, which is the main reason why Sunrisers Hyderabad are falling down in the chart.

For Chennai Super Kings, everything is the favour of them, except the form of the opener Shane Watson. The inclusion of Faf Du Plessis has been the plus point for the middle order. MS Dhoni is leading the side with his comeback of Maahi spark. Chennai Super Kings are ruling the IPL with the tremendous form of the spinning department. Imran Tahir has been in really great form, creating troubles for rest of the teams. Hence, Chennai Super Kings might deploy the same winning combination against Sunrisers Hyderabad.
